My background

I commenced in the health and fitness industry in 1977, I worked as an gym instructor in various well established health clubs from 1977 my position was designing individual programmes for clients tailoring the programme to suit the individual’s needs, from there I progressed to become a massage therapist working from home I have 12 years’ experience as a massage therapist I enjoy my work as therapist especially when I get a good result for my clients de-stressing through the medium of massage.
